    PNG or PDF are preferred. If you don't have these formats, no worries, we're here to help you through the process.

    Send your artwork and let us know the size you would like your design and placement.

  • Turnaround time

    Let us know when you need your order in hand.

    • Standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.
    • Pick up and delivery options are available for rush orders.

How much?

Can I provide my own garments?

Yes. Garments can be mailed to 350 N. Glendale Ave STE B #286 Glendale, CA 91206. Please send one additional item for sampling purposes. If a sample garment is not provided and there is an error, we are not responsible for replacement of the item.

Returns/ Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchange items as all items are made to order. Please purchase thoughtfully and with care.

We will make an exception if we send you the wrong item or it is not made as designed. Please message us immediately with a photo of the item on a flat surface. If a replacement item is determined, we will send you the same item as ordered. We will not substitute, change size or color. We do not offer store credit.

Delivery/Address issues

Please make sure the correct mailing address is provided. We are not able to redirect the package after it is shipped. Additional charges will apply to resend packages returned to us.
